Dear Parent,

Not just physically tired from broken sleep, but emotionally drained from trying to navigate the complex behavioural, emotional, or neurodivergent needs of your child. You have likely tried the generic charts, the sleep training schedules, and the trending advice online—only to feel like you are failing.
You are not failing. You have simply been given cookie-cutter tools for a deeply nuanced child.
My name is Carla and I am a highly experienced early childhood development specialist, neuro-cognitive practitioner, and clinical hypnotherapist. I am also the owner and moderniser of The SleepTalk Method® and I am write t speak of the importance of rescuing this profound method from the noise of the wellness industry and restore it to true professional integrity.
In recent years, the parenting and sleep coaching industry has exploded. The original foundations of The SleepTalk for Children process began to be documented almost one hundred years ago. And, although this in many ways is a very natural parenting process it has unfortunately been diluted by self-proclaimed master trainers,"Weekend Coaches"and unqualified individuals who lack basic professional credentials in child development or neuroscience.
Vulnerable parents are being sold dated generic templates by individuals who mix clinical behavioural science with unrelated spiritual or other modalities like Reiki or outdated behaviour modification, without understanding the delicate architecture of a child’s developing brain.
Your child’s subconscious mind is not a playground for unverified weekend certifications.
When a child is navigating anxiety, trauma, sensory processing challenges, ADHD, or autism, their nervous system is highly vigilant. They do not need a rigid template. They need a clinical specialist who understands how to ethically shape language patterns to heal anxiety at its neurological root while they sleep in a way that they feel very safe and this is why it is the parents that are the facilitator of The SleepTalk Method®, I act as your professional catalyst.

When I acquired and modernised The SleepTalk Method®, I brought my years of private neuro-cognitive training and clinical hypnotherapy into the framework. I closed the gaps.

When you engage my service, we embark on a dedicated 12-week professional parenting partnership where I act as the catalyst for you to make the SleepTalk Method® part of your parenting journey. Together, over three intensive, 1.5-hour deep-dive online sessions, we explore your family dynamics, your parenting nuances and map your child’s unique neural profile, and engineer highly customised subconscious language scripts. We bypass the hyper-vigilant daytime mind to print unconditional dialog directly into your child's subconscious where night time memory consolidates.
